Olive Paperbag Skirt

INC International Concepts Olive Paperbag Skirt Reposhing this item I purchased from @laronda601. It was exactly as described - brand new with tags. It just wasn't great on me. Sizing is always an issue for me (different brands using different measurements and sizes!) This skirt, however, was labeled as a medium, and it fit like one too.
