Adorable handmade upcycled custom mini skirt from Etsy. Great layering piece. Skirt only, belt is sold. Features an elastic hidden foldover waistband. I’m a size 8/ 40ish inch hip for reference, but this is stretchy. Should fit 6-10. Light olive tan color with black contrast hemming. Asymmetrical front and back. In perfect condition and very well made.
