Olive green floral dress

Olive green dress with pretty, yellow flowers. The front has a tie that can be tightened and loosened to give a corset type of look. Little elastic on the sleeves for a bit of a balloon-sleeve effect. Sleeves hit 3/4, this dress hits mid-thigh overall. Never been worn.
