Olive green high waist wide leg cropped pants (culottes)

H&M pants in good used condition. Elastic waistband stretches from 14-17 in. No stretch otherwise. Side seam pockets. No zipper/button/snap closure. I’m a size 4 and these fit true to size, but I find them tough to slide over my hips when wearing. No tears/holes/snags, just normal signs of wear and very slight and barely noticeable fades in color.
