Olive green scalloped edge skirt

This button down skirt (7 buttons) with a scalloped edge is so cute and great for a spring transition piece. It’s a 3X and I’m a size 18 and it fits me fine, but is a little clingier than I am comfortable with. Waist is 20” laying flat. Does stretch a little. I bought it NWOT and then haven’t worn it myself either.
