Olive/Neon Ruched Chiffon Dress

Olive green with a neon/bright hue, perfect spring/summer dress that made my pale winter-hibernation skin look vibrant and tan. Can be worn on or off-shoulder. I’m between size 4-5/S-M, usually S on top and M bottom (wide hips, flat chest) and this dress was a little loose on top and hugged hips perfectly.
