NEW, but tags off! Olivia Matthews Skirt and jacket set. Size 18W 100% polyester. Bust is 25.5" laid flat at underarm. Length from top of slightly padded shoulder to hem is 25" Waist area is 22.5" Belt is removeable. Skirt zips up back and back of waist has elastic. Measures 18.5 - 22" Slit at back center of skirt has not been opened. Hips 25" laid flat. Length from top of waist to hem is just over 26" NEVER WORN!!
