Olivia Matthews 18W skirt, sheer outer layer is black/white/turquoise blue floral pattern and solid black slip lining layer underneath. The skirt has an elastic waistband & bottom has a ruffled section that hangs longer than the solid black inside layer. 100% polyester & machine washable. 17” waist, 25.5” wide, 21” long lining/25” long sheer outer layer. Tag says “2 piece set” but only skirt is available. Pre-owned-last pic shows back seam stitching a little loose; however no holes/stains/tears.
