@eks17 hi! yes, these are true to size. I normally wear a 4-6 and I am a medium in these shorts. Unfortunately I do not have the exact measurements.

@eks17 the designers sizing chart lists a size small as 4-6, chest 34/35, waist 26/27 and hips 36/37. Hope that helps!
