Olympus Pen FT camera with case multiple lens & Accessories

This was an estate sale find from a collector. I have done my best to take photos of each item & its condition. I am not well versed in camera terminology but after hours of research this is what this lot contains (to the best of my knowledge, please verify with photos) Brown Leather Support Case with strap Lenses : -Vivitar Auto Model 2X-12 (with black case) -Olympus Pen E Zuiko (241373) 1:35 (with black case) -Olympus G Zuiko (145504) 1:1.4 -Olympus Pen F Mount Adapter P (in original box with manual) -Hoya T-45 Olympus Yashica Pro-50 DX (battery terminals need cleaning) 2 different mounts or handle accessories? Kodak Lens Cleaning Papers Spiraltone Customizer 43->49 & finally the camera itself. It come with its original manual & is loaded with a partially used film roll. It is in working condition as I took a photo with it & it acted accordingly. The view finder appears to be dirty but I didn’t try cleaning it for fear of scratching a lens. I am familiar with digital cameras & know in older ones of those you don’t want the view to be scratched or cloudy, I do not see either of those when viewing. On the bottom side of the camera is a small battery compartment it too has some corrosion & could use a cleaning. All reasonable offers will be considered!
