symian Hello, on the rubber bottom of the shoe, are the sides and the bottom white (not counting dirt), or are they starting to get yellow tinted a bit? Also, does the bottom still grip real well - or has it turned real hard to where it slips a bit? Thanks! Do you have any photos that are closer up to show the sides of the rubber bottom? Thanks!

britcking @symian there not yellowing as far as I can tell and the rubber bottom isn't hard but there's no type of grip whatsoever

symian Thank you! So, it sounds like they may slide when walked in, rather than stick in one place, so that they wouldn'the be slippery?

symian Sorry for confusion. I have run into it where the rubber starts to yellow and it also turns hard as a rock, thereby becoming dangerous to wear - as they have no grip then and are very slippery. Even on some Sperrys where they were hardly worn ans the top of them was pristine. So, I have learned to ask about that. If I wear them on a boat, I need to make sure they grip like Sperrys are meant to, instead of sliding, from having no traction. Thanks!
