Ombré fringe mini dress with heavy beaded-braid neckline.

This is a beautiful dress with long, sparkly ombré fringe. It’s small but with some stretch. I included a picture of the tags but I can’t make out the brand. The dress is in good condition in general but there are spots of missing fringe - pictured above.
