jenniferpardy No not this one but I have a lot of other tutus or can custom make one.I make tutus for any age but prices vary per style and size.I would need her chest size from arm pit to arm pit across the chest not all the way around.I use lines crochet tops unless u want Unlined and she can wear a tube top under it or sports bra.Most want a lined top so her chest isn’t showing through, then the length and how poofy.
