Ombre blue gems on white flair tulle dress corset

This dress has an ombre of gems from condensed to spread, a ballerina-like tutu flair at the bottom and an adjustable back for most sizes! This dress was a nightmare when I got it altered the girl wanted me to pay $75 MORE to sew back on the gems she had to take off for the alteration! (I've never gone back to that girl) Anyways so the gems are hand sewn on by me but they have lasted me two wonderful night of me dancing like crazy at high school dances so they are very secure! Length is 30 in!
