Ombre shoulder tie maxi dress

Cute blue ombre dress. Stretchy bust but i do not recommend for gals larger than a B bust because the front closure stretches out. Great for the beach or for a casual date. Skirt is lined. From top of bust to bottom, 37.5 inches so great for short gals. Purchased in japan. I wear a size 4 for reference.
