On or off shoulder dress

Cute red dress with white embroidery. Elastic across top allows it to be worn on or off shoulder. 100% cotton with subtle waffle pattern. 29” top to bottom. I’m 5’7” and it hits 3-4” above my knee. No lining, but not see-through. Excellent condition, worn just a few times.
