Brand: On Twelfth Fiber Content: 95% polyester 5% spandex I bought this at cute boutique in Vancouver but unfortunately have never worn it. Brand new but without tags. Perfect for the holidays! Silky soft fabric and can be worn dressed up or down. Would look super cute with T-shirt tied at the waist. Fits an XS to Small because of the stretch waistband.
