One Should Black Mini Dress

Featuring a black sequin material with mesh panelling across the midsection and one shoulder design. NEVER WORN OUT. I bought a few options for an event and no longer need this dress. This is a size small. However I did get the top strap altered so it is more of an XS - for the itty bitty committee. The picture shown is prior to altercation (barely holding up at the top).
