One Shoulder Party Dress

Very Chic and Fun, One Shoulder Dress, Slate Blue w/intricate beadwork and rouging on left shoulder. Never Worn (tags still on)...was not aware at the time of purchase that I was expecting and Boutique did not allow for returns after 10 days... now unable to fit into it. :( Paid the full $380 , but willing to come down on the price to give it a good home
