One Size (Plus) Zelie for She dress *PLEASE SEE INFO BELOW REGARDING SIZE*

Selling this Zelie for She dress that belonged to my sister. It is gently used. It has no size label and when I asked her about size, she said that it was intended to be a plus-size “one size fits all” item. I have labeled as a size 20W, but it is intended to fit a wide range of plus sizes. The dress also has no material or care information. It feels like a soft cotton that could probably be washed on gentle and put in a dryer. It is difficult to measure, but I attempted some measurements (see photos). The dress comes with a matching tie belt and has pockets on the side in the waist/hip area. I do not have further info but will answer other questions as best as I can.
