One Teaspoon Bone Frankies size 22 (fits 25)

NWT baggy low-rise shorts. They are a cute light lime-khaki color. Tag says 22, but they run large and fit low on the hips. I'm a 23-24 and they were slightly too large. I would recommend for a size 25, or even 26.
