huguettea @tattooedred25 I'm thinking that might work.....I wish I knew how they fit....I usually get a size 30 in shorts....but just thinking since these are lower waisted I might need to size up....I'm not sure...I have to do some more research...Thank you for the measurement...:)

tattooedred25 @huguettea I didn't wear these low waist when I could wear them. I am right at 5'5" and pulled them up to right at my belly button. I don't ever wear OT shorts low waist, lol. But, yes, definitely do what you need to before making any decisions. You definitely want to make certain they fit :) Take your time.
