Hi! So i did some measurements—with an 8 inch rise, jeans will hit my low waist/high hip where I measure 35 inches. With 9-10 inch rise, my needed waist will be about 32. 11-13 inch rise and i am at a 28-29.
And stretchy is always helpful! Buys me an extra inch. So if i know the rise and waist and stretch factor, i can figure out what will fit!

Will buy if waist and rise are listed. If the rise is 8-9 inches, id need the waist to stretch to at least 17 flat: (hits low on my torso). I also know from experience that one t can be very tight in the leg—so i have to be sure i can get these up and buttoned! Thanks and will bundle to offset the effort if possible :) please confirm waist can stretch to 17 flat?
