One Teaspoon ankle booties

Le rebel ankle boot size 39. Worn once and in overall great condition. A few light scuffs from this wear as shown in pics. But nothing very noticeable at all. Labeled a size 39 but these feel about the same as the size 38 that I have. I'd say because they fit loose around the boot anyways they would work for 8.5-9 and maybe an 8. I am an 8 and think they're okay to wear. The looseness of the ankle is a bit different feel, but the toe seems right for the size.
