These lowrise flared jeans from One Tuff Babe are super cool! They’re from the early 2000s/Y2K. They’re light wash and low rise. They have flared leg openings. The waist has a part that goes over the other and kind of looks like a belt. There pockets are functional. There’s one minor snag on the bottom back of the right leg, but otherwise these are in great condition and don’t have any rips, stains, or tears. Tagged as a size 5/6.
