One clothing flower long sleeve velvet romper

This is a beautiful romper by One Clothing Los Angeles, size S. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. I don’t remember if it was worn, but it does appear in excellent condition, like new. It is a very soft velvet fabric, with elastic waist, long sleeves, and cute ruffles on the shorts. It features a very elegant flower pattern that goes well at any season. Comes from a pet/smoke free home!
