@poshmarkzara No. The prosthetic (or padded insert) does not come with it. They are usually fitted by the size of the person.

I have a question. Is there an foam insert already in the bra that gives the cup shape? Like something you would find in a swim top or sports bra? Then you add a prosthesis? I’m trying to figure this process out. Thank you.

A light layer of fabric with openings on each side. The prosthetic goes into whichever side you need to use. The prosthetic does not come with the bra.
