Beautiful One of a Kind (handmade) plaid skirt set. The skirt is a pleated A line with a 13" Waist (measured one direction) and length is 29" with a 2 1/2" hem. The vest is fully lined, buttons up and has fitted seaming. Bust measurements are one direction 19" and length measured from the back of the vest, from the shoulder/neck seam to the bottom hem is 19". A true winter essential.
