One of a Kind Vintage 1960's-70's Custom Made Bell Sleeve Dress W/Belt VG Cond

Fabulous vintage 1960's-70's custom made one-of-a-kind dress with belt. I love the unique inverted pleat on the skirt area of the dress. Black and tan hue with a swirling abstract pattern. The texture has the feel of a wool blend possibly with polyester or rayon. Black velvet bow accent on the neckline. There are no labels of any kind. A-line design. Slightly bell sleeves. Very good condition! The belt has an enamel metal buckle. Unlined. It will need a dry clean. There is some stretch in the knit fabric.
