This dress is beyond darling & so well made! Purchased by me at a vintage faire & appears to never have been worn. Fabric is adorable and the garment is sewn to perfection, including a full liner that doubles as a support for the flare of the skirt. Waist band rests comfortably around 24/25" and expands out to 28/29" comfortably. Bust measures 17" across when laid flat (I'm a 36 C and the top fits well, possibly a bit snug).
