One of a kind Betsy & Adam Torquise formal dress. Size 0-2​

This is a vintage dress that you won’t find anywhere else. I bought it from a boutique owned by a lovely lady. I fell in love with the dress as soon as I saw it. it is such a romantic design with the chiffon tales on the back and the color is just wow.. I am moving cross country and emptying my closet. I wear size 2 and it fit me perfectly.
