One of a kind D L Cerney vintage style dress- New York dressmaker and tailor

Had this dress personally made for a wedding and only wore once. It’s in excellent condition. It’s an adorable vintage style mini dress with pleated, flared bottom. Perfect for a wedding or night out dancing. Color is dark grey with chartreuse, white, and black polka dots. Size is XS. I would say it fits like a 2. Sleeves can be worn off shoulder. Cute crossover on sleeve.
