bethanymitch160 Hi there! The measurement from top to bottom, which defines the length is 30 inches. This dress is from a designer in Burma. Handmade, and one of a kind design. She was up and coming in her country. At the time, I wore a size 6 ( now an 8 or 10); I would keep this if fit! It’s beautiful! The back is stretchy and where it tends to begin its flare out is below the chest. So really it’s about the chest size. I hope That helps your decision.
