One of a kind! Dragon Print Bandeau Tube Top

This is one of my favorite tops of all time. So so unique I’ve never seen anything like it. Unfortunately I’ve held on to this one for years and have literally never worn it. It’s so sick but truly needs to be worn out and about. It’s in great condition, no flaws. To me it does appear to be hand made? I can’t find a record of this brand anywhere so it’s truly one of a kind. Has a bow that can be tied, and a zipper on the side. The material is not stretchy. I’d say this would fit a small, but if you need measurements please reach out. This has to be from the early 2000s. Y2K, vintage, dragons, goth, 90s, cyberpunk, alt
