One of a kind dress

This dress was worn once to a wedding. It's the only one made, straight from NYC fashion week. Has minor alterations which is why I'm taking so much off the price. One was the zipper in the back taken in and second, a hem done about an inch. Both can be undone for about $100. I'm 5'4 and had very short heals on.
