One of a kind hand decorated long velvet skirt with matching chiffon wrap

This two-piece outfit was bought in downtown Santa Fe in the plaza. Both the velvet skirt and the chiffon wrap have been hand decorated with gold paint. There is no sizing on it, from the measurements the skirt is a small. This is a unique and one-of-a-kind skirt with wrap. The skirt is velvet and lined with brown acetate. The wrap is chiffon. Both pieces are in excellent condition and are gorgeous. Laying flat: Skirt 14 inch waist 29 1/2 inch length Wrap 41 inches wide 72 inches long
