One of a kind hand embroidered wrap skirt

This skirt is so unique and beautiful! The entire front and back are hand cross stitched. It’s black wool and fully lined. Simple straight front wrap, hand done. I love it but it has never fit. I’m a 8/10, it fits like a small 8 or a 6
