Hi I am a size 4, 27 inch waist and 37 inch hips and I am 5'9" do you think this will fit ok and not be short? Is it stretchy at all? How would you describe the color exactly? Maybe you could give length measurement and is ruffle straight down the front or sort of off center? Thanks so much! Rachel
