One of a kind vintage 80s handmade dress

This is a hand made vintage dress. The label states it is hand made by dee. I’m not sure who Dee is but she made a dress that lasted. I believe they called this a tennis dress? I could be wrong. Gorgeous vibrant colour. Almost neon blue/turquoise With little stain in the back. It’s zip up, but quite roomy. I think it would fit a number of sizes.
