One of a kind woman’s top with multicolored star design and red piping.

This unique top was bought at a fair. Beautiful colors and high quality construction. Has zipper on side. Slits at bottom of top on both sides. It says XL but I would say it’s a medium to large. Pleated in front and trails off with red ribbon embroidered close to bottom of top.
