shop1_aholic @ruthieb12 Hi Brenda, my husband and I started the Ideal Protein Diet through our medical center but it was rather expensive so we are doing it on our own now. It's basically a high protein low carb diet. I have lost 37 lbs and my husband has lost 45. We have about 20 more lbs to go.👍😄

Some of these Weight loss programs are ridiculous in price, at 1 point I was 99 lbs. @ 5’6 tall, from stress putting the man I love, best friend into a nursing home, the Doctor told me Kathy you are killing your self,I was with him for 18 yrs.He has Alzhimers

My heart goes out to you and your family. Unfortunately my weight loss was several years ago, I have since put most of it back on.
