Besides recipes, it's filled with valuable information on ways to cook, including stir-fry, microwave, even making delicious meals from leftovers. It tells you how to make fast, easy, one-dish meals for small and large groups. It also explains why nutritionally balanced meals and checking label ingredients are so important.
Every recipe was kitchen-tested and has a note with "per serving" facts. They all sound terrific, like the Oriental Omelet, Chicken & Dumplings, Creamy Salmon with Fettucine, Ravioli in Herbed Tomato Sauce, and (yummy!) Lemon Pudding Cake.
