One piece mixed media dress

Teal blouse like material with an attached stretchy black skirt with leather material detail. The blouse is long sleeved and v cuts in the front and is flap draped in the back. You could sew it together if you wanted but when on it doesn't open up but could. There is a zipper on the skirt in the back middle. Never worn- just didn't hug me right. Perfect office wear.
