One piece tunic shirt, looks like two pieces!

This is such an adorable tunic shirt! Has two shades of navy blue with beautiful soft navy blue crêpe rose embellishments around the front neck. Length goes just passed the rear end. Best for size 2 to 4, very soft comfortable material.
