One shoulder dress

Royal blue dress with adorable feathery ruffling on the one shoulder. Worn only once. The dress is sort of a Jersey material. For some reason there is NO SIZE tag, and I cant remember but this would fit a small or medium. I am 5’8” and it hits just above the knee.
