Beautiful one shoulder striped Black and White striped dress by Express. Size small but would fit a medium well and I am 5 months preggo and fits me great! I believe it is missing a thin tie belt, there is a small loop but very unnoticeable. I've worn it a couple of times. Great condition! Smoke free home!
