One teaspoon outlaw shorts

I bought these from another Posher who was not honest about the condition of the shorts and I only wore them maybe a couple of times. When I received them, the seam on the button fly was coming apart and I had to sew them, it also is possible that the previous owner may have moved the button? I have no idea 🤦🏼‍♀️. Anyway, according to my measurements the inseam is approximately 11.5” and the waist is approximately 14”.
