One-of-a-Kind Bali Dress

Vintage one-of-a-kind dress bought from a seamstress in Bali. Off the shoulder ruffles make a statement while the neutral tiger print is ultra sassy. Very soft material, and some of the seams are delicate. Barely noticeable when wearing but please look at the pictures before buying. For reference, I’m a size 0-2, 5’0” tall.
