One-of-a-kind art piece necklace

One-of-a-kind art piece necklace features 3 large stone pieces, a rhinestone leaf charm and a 925 silver flower clasp. The necklace is 28”. I don’t think the flat beads are 925 silver although there is some bluish tarnish on them in a couple of places, so maybe. See photo for the tarnished areas. They aren’t noticeable when wearing the necklace but some silver or metal polish would likely remove it. Offering this at a good price because it may need some elbow grease! Offers welcome.
