One-of-kind Purpose Boutique dress. Made in USA!

I doubt you will see anyone else wearing this dress. I bought it at Purpose Boutique because it was so distinct, plus it’s a navy blue. It has detailed shoulders, open bodice, so a tank top is a must, semi-split front and fully lined. Your tank top is your pop of color ladies! I did white, or shimmery silver, but you could do yellow, red or orange as they all pair wonderfully with blue. Size large
